The man of your dreams could be sitting right next to you.
Former boy band member Justin Hayes isn’t looking for a man. He just wants a quiet, scandal-free Christmas at home in Chicago, out of the public eye. But his best friend and bandmate is subjecting everyone to his destination wedding, and Justin can’t dodge the “best man” bullet. All he has to do is get to the island on time, survive the reunion, and get Chuck to the altar with as little drama as possible. What could possibly go wrong?
Jack Bassinger’s own plans for a quiet Christmas have been dashed by the summons to his daughter’s hasty wedding with a man Jack has hardly met. On the bumpy flight to the island, he finds himself comforting a nervous—and extremely attractive—young man. One hasty sexual encounter in an airport bathroom later, they both feel much better. No one ever has to know, after all.
Now Justin and Jack must find a way to explore their attraction, despite the distractions of disapproving family members, unexpected announcements, an impromptu concert, and an island paradise that proves there’s no place like home.

From the moment I started reading this story, I enjoyed it and that's saying quite a bit since the two books I attempted to read previous to this one I dnf'ed.
This book is about Justin, a former member of one of the most popular boy bands from ten years ago. The band broke up (amicably) but no one has forgotten them. He still has to deal with paparazzi and the continued sales of their albums which they all still rely on means that he still can't come out of the closet. Justin was the man-whore of the group, but it was all reputation and show....he's gay and never plans to let any of his public know that. Which is why he's so thrown by Jack, the man he meets on his flight and then bangs in the airport restroom.
But after a momentary glitch in the airport, he's back on his way to the islands to meet up with his former band members because one of them is getting married and they all plan to be there for it. It's not often that all four of them get together in one place.
The whole boy-band aspect of this story was awesome!! So funny. They knew they were cheesy, and they joke about it and have fun with it all the time. I seriously LOL'ed so many times through this book because of the four of them together and the things that would come out of their mouths. This is a good example:
"Oh my God. This is like Pop Stars Gone Wild. We promised ourselves no drama. No more. We're above this TMZ shit. We're real people now."
As if the whole boy band thing wasn't enough, then you find out who Jack is...the father of the bride. Whoops!! Seriously, this book was great. It made me smile...in so many different ways. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of reading it. It was creative and fun and totally entertaining.
AND...proceeds from the sale of it go to a great cause...it's a WIN/WIN!!
I received a complimentary copy of this book for review, but will also be buying a copy because 20% of the proceeds go to a VERY WORTHY CHARITY and I want to support that and the author.
