Story Overview:
Petra Clark's blog Sexcapades inspires women to embrace sexuality. What readers don't know is that her advice isn't based on personal experience. Despite erotic fantasies about the hot guy at her local coffee shop, social anxiety keeps Petra from connecting with real men in the real world. She's more comfortable as PC, sparring online with her nemesis, the cocky D. Williams.

Counselor by day, blogger by night, Darcy Williams gets a thrill countering PC's female-friendly advice with a macho slant. And when both blogs are nominated for an award, he's intrigued by the chance to finally meet the woman who's been driving him wild with her Sexcapades.

When Petra runs into her coffee-shop crush at the awards party, sparks fly—and so do their clothes. Only after multiple orgasms does she realize who Darcy really is: the competition. Now they're facing accusations of fraud, with stalking and blackmail thrown in. But perhaps most frightening of all are the feelings growing between them…

My Review:
This book has a great story description...if it appeals to you, chances are you are going to like this book.

As a blogger, I really enjoyed this one. Petra started her blog after a humiliating break-up. Her blog was to help empower women when it came to sexual issues...something she has a problem with herself. Somewhere along the way, D. Williams found the blog and began "messing" with her online. They've been playing the back and forth flirtation between the two blogs and bloggers for a while now and both are fairly fascinated with the other. Although neither one ever considered the possibility they'd meet and when they did meet, they didn't realize it. They both use cover names: PC and D. Williams so when they meet as Petra and Darcy, neither realizes.

But as they get to know each other and the facts of the matter, they both soon begin to realize that things aren't always as black and white as they seem online. I liked the fact that both these people use their blogging truly as a form of release and therapy. For Petra, it's her way of working back from a really hurtful breakup. For Darcy, it's a release from the daily stresses he sees as a therapist dealing with abused women and children.

The book is sexy and entertaining. The subject matter of Petra's blog means she is sent fun toys and the two tend to take advantage of that to test the products....seriously smexy times in this book and I liked that. There is even a bit of suspense to the novel as threats evolve from the contest and a bit of stalking happens.

The characters are torn on their relationship and there is a bit of back and forth between them while they figure out what is truly important. That was my least favorite part of the book, but understood that it was part of the revolution of the story. I really did enjoy the little bits that Danny, Darcy's brother, brings to the story. And on the flip side of that, felt like things were left unresolved with everything that was going on with Petra's friend...why did she disappear?? Was that ever answered? It probably was but thinking back, I think I missed it....

But, overall, the book was a fun read. It was sexy and entertaining and I definitely enjoyed it.
